Inspired by Chef Debbie’s recent trip to New Orleans, this supper club brings together Creole depth and Northern California seasonality.

The evening begins with a welcome pour, followed by curated wine pairings by Alexandra Henkelman of Omega Road Winery.

The first course by Chef Amanda—a corn & crayfish fritter with Cajun butter and pickled vegetables—sets the tone: crisp, rich, and balanced with brightness.

From there, the menu is guided by Chef Debbie into a refined spring gumbo centered on seasonal produce, followed by a Creole-braised local Pacific rockfish with creamy grits.

Finished with a reimagined seasonal strawberry shortcake.

Four courses.
Layered flavor.
A menu that builds, then finishes clean.

We're closing the tasting room to the public and opening it up for something a little more special: a members-only day where the wine does the talking.

For just $5 per person, you'll enjoy two 3-oz pours — including one sneak peek at a wine that isn't quite ready for the world yet (we think it's worth the wait). Each glass comes paired with a complimentary bite designed by Beyond the Table to bring out the best in both the wine and the moment.

Still hungry? We'll have additional food available for purchase from Beyond the Table. Think of it as your insider access — relaxed, unhurried, and reserved exclusively for the people who make what we do possible: you, our members.

Space is limited, so grab your spot before someone else does.

Every Wednesday is May, we'll be hosting a Wednesday Happy Hour with Bites & Flights from 3-6pm.

The perfect way to give your mid-week a fun little break. We'll feature a special flight each week with paired bites by @beyondthetablecooking for $18.
